Many do. We don't. Your 1Pro quote is all-inclusive: no travel time, no fuel charges, no hidden fees. The quote you sign is the amount you pay.
Is a fixed moving quote better than an hourly rate?
Almost always. An hourly rate can grow all day: slow elevators, traffic, a second trip. A fixed quote puts that risk on us instead of you. We visit or video-call first, so the number is accurate.
How far in advance should I book movers in Metro Vancouver?
Two to four weeks is comfortable, and month-end dates go first. Short notice? Call us at (604) 721-4555 anyway. We often fit urgent moves in, even same-week.
Are you really insured for high-rise buildings?
