Moving IT, files, and systems furniture
Servers, monitors, and towers get wrapped and padded piece by piece. One long-time client wrote that we were very careful moving and packing all their things, especially the electronics. Your IT team handles the unplugging and reconnecting. We handle everything in between, itemized and labeled. Filing cabinets, systems furniture, and boardroom pieces come apart, travel padded, and go back together at the new office.

Who moves the server room in an office move?
Your IT team or IT vendor disconnects and reconnects the gear, and we move it. Each server, switch, and tower gets wrapped, padded, and labeled, then rides upright and strapped. We plan the server run for the start of the weekend, so IT has the most time to bring things back up.
How far ahead should an office move be planned?
