How do movers lift a gun safe upstairs?
With a big enough crew and a planned path, never with two guys and hope. Depending on the safe and the stairs, that means three or four movers, heavy straps, a stair-capable dolly, and floor protection on every step. We check the stairs and landings before quoting, so the crew that shows up matches the job.
Can a hot tub be moved over a fence?
Sometimes, yes. With enough movers, ramps, and rigging, a tub can go up and over a low fence or off a raised deck. Some yards are too tight and need a crane. If yours is one of them, we'll say so at the free estimate instead of surprising you on moving day.
What is considered an oversized item by movers?
Anything too heavy or too awkward for two movers and a standard dolly. Hot tubs, safes, big appliances, gym racks, giant sofas, and armoires all qualify.
